"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. "We scheduled the appointment of 08/23.  They didn't show up.  When I finally contacted them, they stated they tried to call earlier in that morning.  So instead of rescheduling or confirming they just didn't show up.


They came for an inspection but never did the vent cleaning.  They advised me that there was mold in them and offered to extend my Big Deal but I decided against redeeming my coupon purchase.

They were polite but difficult to work with.
