We had them re-done in commercial grade vinyl of the type used in restaurant chairs and hospital waiting room chairs. They turned out beautifully, and look brand new. Better than new, actually -- they should last decades in normal at-home use. I would definitely use them again the next time we need furniture repair or upholstery."

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

"Cleaned my white sofa and chair. Got here right on time. Was very professional. When I pointed out an area of sofa that was missed he brought his equipment right back in and cleaned the missed spot. He said no problem and that he wanted a happy customer. I was going to pay with a credit card. He had an issue with his phone and I ended up just writing him a check which wasn't a problem for me at all. It may be an issue for another customer so he might want to get his phone set before the next customer. Again, it was no problem for me at all. His wife helped him with the cleaning and was very nice and professional. I would definitely hire him again in the future! Good job and customer service!"
