"Kevan & Drew at Drain Designs were fantastic! First let me say it was refreshing too actually, have someone respond and follow up to a call. I had called several companies/persons but none either responded back or showed up for their appointment. So, I was a pleasantly surprised when Kevan responded to my voicemail and showed up for the scheduled appointment. Water was leaking into my back room from underneath the deck and creating issues. Kevan came out and assessed the problem and devised a solution. Kevan & Drew showed up as assured. The process was explained every step of the way, so I had a very clear understanding of what was being done and why. Both Kevan & Drew were professional, and their work is quality work. "I contacted 3 different companies, and this is the only one that I recommend. Our salesman Kent Tysinger was wonderful. He was the only one that showed us pictures of our house underneath it. He even called me one night after his working houses to answer my question. He recommended what would work and he was correct. It took less than a week for the job to be started. Jonathan Stone & his crew came to the job site for one week. Each day Jonathan or one of his crew members would tell me what they were doing that day. When the day ended one of his crew members would come tell me that they were leaving and that they would be back the next day and they always arrived at the time that was stated. I had some concerns, and the GM manager came to my house and assisted with the issues. Also, when the job was completed, Jonathan went over all the pictures that he took of the complete job. All I can say is that this company better keep the employees that has assisted me with my job. We are so satisfied with the complete work."

"Communications and scheduling were awful. Took forever and 7 calls to actually get them to send the quote. When I call they say Jorge will call back, he doesn't. Call him, and his voicemailbox is always full. Three times the roofers were scheduled to come and they never showed up, never called. Really regret using them. When the roofer finally showed up, he was a sub contractor that didn't really know what he was supposed to do. Felt bad for him, he had to bring his little boy who just wandered around my back yard while he worked on my roof. The actual work seems fine, it's the whole process of working with them that is awful. Can't figure out who they actually are, Findlay Roofing, Roof Roof, Mighty Dog Roofing? That was probably my first warning flag."
