I have called numerous times, sent messages numerous times, it is now August and gutters are not repaired. I left a 1 star review several weeks ago and I finally got a return call. Tracey from their office assured me a project manager would contact me within 24 hours. No one has called. Gutters still leaking. I will say it again, DO NOT HIRE HOME GENIUS. Poor quality work. No customer service. Sales representative told us there was a warranty. They Lie.

Due to application and cure times between coats, stuccoing a house takes between 10 and 14 days. Professionals may be able to wrap up projects on smaller homes in 7 to 10 days, while stuccoing large, multi-level homes can take more than two weeks. For the standard three-coat stucco system, six days are dedicated solely to stucco drying timelines, which are necessary after each coat.

You can apply stucco to wood by wrapping it with grade D waterproof paper, installing trim accessories such as metal lath, control joints, weep screeds, casing beads, and expansion joints, and applying the stucco in three layers. You’ll need a scratch coat, brown coat, and finish coat, all applied with a trowel and screeded with a darby or straight edge. Each should cure for two days before you apply the next one.
