With our company, we usually send two employees to the the job site to perform the work to be done. Billing is usually paid at time of completion, depending upon the size of the job. Large jobs that take several days to complete are charged half up front and the other half at time of completion. We offer special promotions occasionally for pressure washing. "The company goes by Carolina Gator Fence now. I had a gate installed in January. I've been trying since then to get repairs made on it. The last contact I had with someone there, I was told they had lost money on the job and if they would have known I lived where I lived they would not have done the job. Since then, I have emailed four people at the business and called the business. No response. It is now 4/27/2018. They came without all of the necessary parts to complete the job. The gate is not level with the fence. I have had to put scrap fencing, 4 x 4's and an 8 x 8 across the bottom of the gate to keep my pets in the yard and to keep other animals out of the yard."
