"I find it pretty shameful that when I reach out for a quote, I am told that no one will come by unless all homeowners are present. All that says is you are looking for a signature and payment at the time you give a quote. You are losing business and instantly put a s***** taste in my mouth. I have a 4 year old with special needs and a 2 1/2 year old.
