All that says is you are looking for a signature and payment at the time you give a quote. You are losing business and instantly put a s***** taste in my mouth. I have a 4 year old with special needs and a 2 1/2 year old. But the facts are that This company came to my home and asked me what I want verses what's needed and my budget for completion.
