Through the process of the initial quote, the price, the followup, the numerous questions that arose from the engineer, contractor, myself, . . . Numerous - Denis not once failed to answer my call or promptly respond. Rare indeed. Ruben the owner is Kind, Communicative, Humble, Accommodating, Family Man. And he has put together one Heck of a Team. And ultimately, the hard work, and the Intention, the Attitude, the Care, and yes the craftsmanship. Concrete can be halfway done like anything else. "I emailed Josh Clark through Angie's list and he called the following day.  All appointments he set were honored promptly.  He looked at the problem, told me what needed to be done as well as giving me some options I had not thought of.  They returned to do the prep work including fixing the drain, rebar, and showing me an example of a stamped finish to the concrete.  The pour went exactly according to schedule and plan.  Two days later Josh stopped by and removed the forms, as he said he would.  All clean up work was immaculate, service was efficient and friendly.  I am very pleased with the look of the patio - plus during the hard rain the water went down the drain!"
