We needed a new house cleaned before moving in. GI Kleaning Services did an excellent job. They were very easy to work with, and we felt that the price was reasonable. We are now considering having them clean the house regularly. We highly recommend this company.

To remove new construction dust, use a vacuum with a HEPA filter on all surfaces, including furniture and carpet. Follow that up with a damp mop to pick up lingering dust on hard surfaces. Take some time cleaning appliances and ceiling fans. Finally, clean all of the air filters and properly ventilate the home. Stay away from sweeping, as this will spread the dust around.

You should wash your sheets at least once every two weeks and as often as once every week to keep your sleeping environment healthy. If it’s hot out, or if you have a job where you might deposit dust onto your sheets from your work environment, you should wash your sheets more frequently.

Usually 1-2 hours, depending on gutter length and condition.

Luckily, you can typically eliminate your microwave’s burnt smell within a few hours for most situations. Be sure to let it air out for two to three hours after cleaning to let the odor evacuate your home—if you close your home up too early, the odor will be trapped. For stronger, more stubborn burnt smells, it might take a full day or more to really notice a difference.
