He has managed my rental property since 2006, and then sold it in record time when we put it on the market in 2018. As a property manager he was more reliable than just about anything I can think of, including the three Toyotas we owned as a family during that time (and those were tough and reliable!). When it came time for us to sell, Dave was thoroughly researched on the market, answered both my specific questions, and seeming random inquiries into the macroeconomics of the real estate market. If he couldn't get me a good response within a few hours I would hear from one of his team members. The weekend before we went to closing I picked up the flu and couldn't travel to closing as planned. His team worked with the buyer and closing attorney to support a distance closing. Couldn't imagine a better outcome or support!! I read a while ago when reviewing a service or product you're thoroughly impressed with, it is important to address a con or flaw to provide some balance - so in the case of Dave and Realty World Today, I don't believe they have a smartphone app for property owners to manage their properties. However, their website and owners portal is WAY too easy to use, but it's not an app. So there's a con. I enthusiastically recommend Dave and his team at Realty World Today to represent you in the purchase, sale, or management of property!!"

"This place is horrible to rent from, they tell you one thing and do another. I learned the hard way when I moved out. They have so many bad reviews I should of took note. They over charged me for things and lied. Ann would tell me one thing but the paperwork said something completely different. They charged me for things that were installed in the house when I moved in. They charged me to remove them. Of course I didn’t put them in the write up because they were installed not broken. I had to have the house cleaned when I moved in because it was so disgusting. Obviously they aren’t running their property right. I even had to install smoke detectors in the house which is a state requirement and I had to have the back porch restrained as well."
