"It is reasonably priced for what you get. Good communication when I booked it and easy to schedule. However, I could have cleaned it better myself. The toilet was left with pink stains from the iron in the water, which I know come off with simple scrubbing because I cleaned it regularly. There was all kinds of debris left on the floor after the vacuum- I know he vacuumed but it must not be a very good vacuum because I picked up chunks of leaves, cat food, and other things in the middle of the floor. He said he wiped the counter down but there was crumbs from the toaster covering the entire area where the toaster was. Clearly did not clean the window cill for dust and there was trash left on the bathroom sink, so did not wipe that down either. When I came home and told Terry what I had found, he re-vacuumed and wiped down the counter again but that was it (again, the vacuum did not pick up the debris I pointed out so I just picked those up by hand). He kept telling me he did clean it and he did not know how any of that was still there, so I just gave up because I did not want to argue. It was good enough for a move out inspection so I get what I paid for, but if I had more time I would have just saved the money and done it myself. I texted pictures of what I found to the original phone number that scheduled the cleaning, Genevieve, while Terry was still there so maybe she would help and respond before he left, but she did not, so all I can do is share my honest review."
