"Yuriy came out to give estimate and in the process tore an even bigger hole in the floor. After he made the hole bigger, proceeded to tell me that he could not come out to fix before our tenants moved in!!!!!! We set a date for him to come back and we never heard from him again. We ended up doing it ourselves."
