The "front office" would let me know by either phone or email when the project would start, and then Tony and would give me updates. All and all the whole process went smoothly. They introduced themselves, explained what they were going to do, asked if I had any questions or concerns, found an duct that was not connected and as a courtesy put sheet metal and duct tape on it to close the duct entrance off (no extra charge), was expedient and thorough. Once they finished, they discussed what had been done. Then, the next task was the carpets. Another truck pulled up a little later, and the same courteous neighborly attitude and professional care was provided!!! The carpets were cleaned beyond belief and only one stubborn spot remained...the rest of the house looked like new. No perfumed coverup either!!! My allergies and asthma would not tolerate it. So, I was very happy with the services and the people who did the work!
