"Gus Higdon was recommended by a local flower/plant nursery. He arrived at the appointed time, recommended a solution to our problem area and submitted a bid. He built a retaining wall, graded a flower/plant bed, installed plants and decorative stones all within the specified time limit and bid. He actually corrected some existing problems without charging more than his quoted price. Heâ s the one Iâ ll call for my next landscaping project."
