"I highly recommend Summerlin Exterior Solutions. Jesse and the crew showed up on time every morning and also stayed late some evenings to complete the new shadow box style fence in my backyard. They pay very close attention to detail and their work is extremely precise. They had great ideas to design and build custom gates with cedar post caps that made the new fence immaculate. I was using a baby gate on the deck to keep my puppy close by and they came back and built a gorgeous wooden sliding gate that blends in with my deck perfectly. I could not be happier with the entire project!"

"Your problem solved not only did a total rip out of our bathroom but Dylan and Jared did all the work from installing the tub, the tile the vanity , installed all the plumbing fixtures , painted , repaired sheet rock , installed electrical switches , heated flooring and in addition they installed storm doors , deadbolts and cleaned up everything after each day of work , we didnâ t have multiple contractors in and out and in addition they installed a whole house water system, Dylan s expertise might be plumbing however he did a fantastic job on everything and he provided a detailed bill before they started and a detailed invoice afterwardsâ ¦ the cost was well within our budget and when it comes time to redo our basement, there is no doubt who we will call.. "David is great. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood the variables and impacts during each decision. He installed a bathroom in my basement where there hadn't been one before. The final product looked like it had always been there -- it "belonged" in my house -- and increased to usability of our lower level, allowing us to rent part of it out. "EXCELLENT craftsmanship. Super high quality work. Very communicative - never ghosted us or left us in the dark. Five stars on all of that!! The only reason I don't give 5 stars overall is the timeline. We were originally quoted 8-10 weeks for our screened porch and it took a lot longer. There were things out of his control that contributed to that, so we understood. And again, he kept us in the loop. He also built us a new shed during that time and that slowed down the progress of the porch as well. We loved Calvin and would be happy to have him do more work for us."

"My experience with Big Hills Construction has been excellent. Everyone knows that building a home is very complicated and there?s a lot of moving parts. There?s always going to be issues and fixes when you build a new home. Big Hills construction has got five or six homes under construction and the new neighborhood that I live in, but they still have time to get to my punch list and take care of any little issues that pop up. I can?t tell you how nice their crew is. Even though most of them do not speak the language I speak. It?s amazing how easy it is to communicate with them. All in all I give it an A+."

"He built a wooden Cow fence, with horse wire on the inside - about 250 feet of fence. This is the second fence he has built for me. He is now building stairs of off my my deck, 20 to 30 feet high, with two landings."
