These included installing flashing around a leaky chimney (leaking stopped), installation of a new ceiling fan (ruined by leak), removal of an old and very heavy window AC unit that was no longer needed, and a complete rehab of a deck that needed some replacement of joists and planks and a thorough pressure-washing and staining. All of this was done with courtesy, professionalism and very fair pricing. Tomas works very hard, is thorough and meticulous in his work, and everything went smoothly. He seems to have expertise in almost every category of home repair and construction. He is timely, responsive, and follows-through on all aspects of communication and timing. "They completed the original job in 15 minutes or less, then responded to a request for an unscheduled electrical need to revamp a closet light switch.  After describing the alternatives, we arrived at a decision to install a motion sensor.  Since that required a trip to town, one man did that while the other one prepared for the installation.  When he arrived with the part, both men quickly made the adjustment and completed the job, making it look very clean and professional.  Although it took them about 1-1/2 hours to complete, including the trip to town, they charged for only 1 hour as there was plenty of time left from the original job.  My wife was very happy to finally have this change made to the closet light.  Both men were very professional, courteous and friendly, and kept the area clean as they worked as well as cleaning completely when done.  They even brought in a vacuum to make sure that they got all of the drywall dust cleaned up.  We would definitely hire Respro in the future for any electrical work."

"the pull-chain on the Fan/light had broken off just at the point it emerged from the fixture, (because of the wobble) and a replacement at that point would not go thru the hole. he drilled out the hole so the chain connection would pass thru without problem. I had tried to put a dimmer switch on a 3-way switch and the whole thing ceased to function. once the correct switch was in, everything worked as it should. done in under an hour, had everything he needed for the job. cost included a replacement switch. pleasant and professional. reasonably priced"
