She had Saravia Chavez (her father) on our doorstop within hours. Saravia was as polite a gentleman as you could find. He assessed the job and gave us a very fair price. He began work on the spot and stayed until 9:30 pm to get all the tile laid. This was on a Saturday. Saravia came back Monday and grouted the job. His work is exceptional and our backsplash looks terrific. This is a business you can count on. The best thing is that Saravia did not mind me watching and asking questions so I could learn something about tile installation. He was a great teacher as the next day we had a tile issue in a bathroom that I was able to repair myself. I would not try a full job.
