"They were extremely professional, they stayed on schedule and kept us informed over the entire process. the project was installing a 27-foot-wide wall with 12-foot height, they color matched perfectly to the two new rooms. They were so great that we have already bringing them back for another project. I DEFINITELY RECCOMMEND!! The only downside, they are so good, that they couldn't fit me in sooner due to the schedule. But they are worth the wait!! Also, I got 4 quotes for this project, 3 from Angi List 1 from an old company the business used in the past. "We chose Champion Windows to replace all windows ($30k). What a HUGE mistake. It took them over one year to finish. First, we were told windows would be here in 3 months. It took 4 months. Second - due to either incorrect measurements or incorrect manufacturing, it took them 5 separate orders to get it close to right. Third - each reorder got put back in as if we were new, meaning it took 3-4 months for each reorder to arrive. We should have been put at the top of the list. Not once did a manager reach out to us to apologize or discuss. In several of my calls to customer service I was told that Champion has weekly meetings to discuss their clients and how they can better themselves and was told that we were the topic of many discussions. HA ! What a joke. So far I have kept 4 neighbors looking for new windows from making the same mistake we did.
