THE COMPANY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS HELP BECAUSE THE SALESMAN I HAD DID NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT THE PRODUCTS AND WAS VERY DISTRACTED. THE WORKERS HOWEVER, WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GOOD JOB. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP THEIR MESS WHEN FINISHED.

I AM REALLY HAPPY WITH THESE GUYS. IT SEEMED LIKE THEY GAVE US A DISCOUNT, BECAUSE I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS REALLY GOOD. THEY EVEN HAD A TOUGH TIME TEARING UP THE CARPET, AND THEY DIDN'T CHARGE US EXTRA TO STAY LONGER THAN THEY WANTED TO.

THE WORKERS WERE REALLY GOOD. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND DID QUALITY WORK. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT HOME DEPOT WERE A WHOLE OTHER STORY. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD DO THINGS THAT THEY COULD NOT AND THE PRICE KEPT CHANGING.

THE WORKER WAS GOOD, BUT MAYBE A LITTLE LESS PERSONABLE THAN I WOULD HAVE LIKED. THEY GAVE ME A FIVE HOUR TIME FRAME OF WHEN THEY WOULD BE HERE AND OF COURSE THEY CAME WITH ONLY FIVE MINUTES LEFT ON THE FIFTH HOUR. IT WAS COSTLY.
