Good. Bought Maytag dryer.

Short a box or two of tile for a floor I go to Home Depot to pick up. The tile at the store looked the same but it did not match. The number lot was not correct I return and they refund money without hesitation. I did not know different lot number was a big deal but the color was off. My fault. Home Depot eventually got some tile in that was the correct lot and it was all good.

They showed up on time. The carpet was the same exact color as the previous order but this time, it did not match the other room. So there was a little problem with matching the rooms together since there was not a break between the rooms and seams.
I had to get another person's opinion on this matter about using a seam bar and the installer was inpatient. But it was done as he wanted and he did a good job on the main area. There was another room which did not transition as well. The seam is not straight but I was scared to say anything because he seemed so ready to fly off the handle that I let it go. It is OK. I do not think that I would use them again. They have high quality carpet but they sub out their installers and you get the luck of the draw.

I did got quotes from other companies and their quote was for $3000 and Home Depot I got done for $2000. They were good. They put it all in pretty quickly. They came out and did the measurements and when they came out to install it, it was pretty quick.

I purchased a Whirlpool stacked washer/dryer unit from Home Depot. The installation team had a real nightmare installation to perform and I anticipated problems. They had to remove a 5-year-old Kenmore unit (the shocks had broken when a load of towels became unbalanced) and then install a new Whirlpool unit into an upstairs bathroom closet of my townhouse. They were supposed to be there between 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. They finally got there around 4:15 p.m. They removed the old unit and managed to get the new unit situated in the pan. And the door closed, too. I was pleased and signed the paperwork. Afterwards I discovered minor damage, a scratch on the washer, a tear in the bathroom wallpaper, a smear of dirt on the carpet and a smudge on the wall. And the unit is not level, it is tipped slightly forward which makes the dryer door swing outward. After the first load washed and dried I discovered puddles of water on the floor. I mopped up the water and made sure the door was open for the second load. This time the bathroom mirror steamed up as though someone had taken a shower. The intense heat and humidity of the dryer made me feel the dryer was not vented properly, so I contacted Home Depot but they said the only thing they could do was send the installation team out again. I didn't want that. I wanted a second opinion, so I called an appliance repair company and the fellow came out that afternoon. He loosened a couple of screws and took off the front panel and saw that the dryer vent was not connected at all. He said that the installers probably didn't even know that the front panel comes off. I paid him $75 and felt relieved that the dryer was now properly vented. The installers had a tough job to do and I thought they did pretty well, but I was disappointed that the dryer vent was not connected at all.

They did a good. Their price was lower. It was okay and they wanted a little bit more money when they were done and Home Depot said no. It worked out good. They did get my carpets a little bit dirty. I would use them again.

They scheduled the appointment out far later than anticipated and when the contractor arrived he said they couldn't find the materials. The Leuan had already been installed and it was hard to get them to refund me for just the materials!!! Still waiting!! Then the contractor did not want to pull the run over the vinyl and gave me a hard time about it and finally the contractor wanted extra money to put the toilet in place when it was already paid for to be done. Job got done and looks nice. Was just hoping for better service after paying so much more than hiring a direct contractor.

Home Depot did well on my roof. The workers were good and dedicated.

After the estimate, we purchased tile and installation services. We ended up not being able to have tile installed due to asbestos in our existing linoleum. It was way too expensive to have it removed and tile could not be placed over it. We had to go with a floating floor system. I called Home Depot's customer service and they were incredible about the entire situation. The lady even tried cheering me up. The refunded everything except $37 which was the estimation cost that I agreed to beforehand.

They did a great job. The price was very reasonable. The quality was an A+.

I was approached when I entered Home Depot with, "Do you know what we're offering today?" The young woman was booking appointments for kitchen cabinet refacing estimates. I made an appointment. I regretted it. I already had an estimate from another company but still had to sit through a 30 minute presentation. I kept trying to get him just to give me the estimate, but no, had to hear it all. When he finally got the the estimate I almost choked! It was more than double than the other estimate, and more than I wound up paying for new hardwood cabinets!

We were happy with the service. They installed the countertops and they are fine. The salesperson convinced us not to get Corian and we were happy that she changed our minds.

It was a routine delivery without hassles.

I did my research on the web, then found one of the toilets I preferred at Home Depot for an attractive price. The saleman at Home Depot knew nothing about the toilets, but that did not matter to me. They helped me load the toilet in my car. The toilet was in the manufacturer's box and was in good condition.

I was not happy with the way they treated us; we felt that they were very rude. The quality was good, but their customer service was not.

The selection process went well -- you need to know what you want and work with the consultants to get price estimates. The individuals I met with were not necessarily designers to help with color/texture selections. The contractors Home Depot sent out were all excellent and did the job well and to my satisfaction. One minor issue is that for a plumbing reconnection they have separate fees and forgot to include all the steps in mine (sink + disposal + dishwasher). A few issues here and there as expected, but Home Depot worked with me to ensure everything was correct.

They function as a primary contractor. They did a good job finding independent contractors. Know that I know that, I can find my own contractors if needed.

The tech did his job and left, he didn't give me the warranty. I asked him how many toilets he'd installed, and he's said none and that he works on water heaters. They weren't very helpful.

I was very pleased with the way Home Depot worked this out. Our water heater went out on a Friday (of course) so, we had to deal with a weekend of either constant leaking or no water. The gas company was going to send someone to look at it the following Monday and then I would have had to wait until at least Tuesday to have a new one installed. By going through home depot, I looked online then called to make an appointment. Over the phone they asked me questions to figure out which heater I needed. We made the installation appointment for Monday. I paid with my home depot card which had 12 months no interest. With the gas company, I would have paid interest. The subcontractor who installed worked well and several weeks later, when the inspector came to check it out, he commented that it was one of the few he had seen that had been installed correctly and up to code.

I didn't have to call the sub, they did everything.
