"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

Absolute Perfection installs residential, commercial, and automotive window film, as well as frosted films and vinyl. CEO Bill Valway started this business in a garage in 2001 and it has since grown to three divisions, Applied Graphics and Media, with over 30 employees and is now operating in two states, Maryland and North Carolina. Kevin Pope got his start in the window film industry through his brother in 2013. He took to the role quickly and found himself taking on leadership roles. He had heard of Absolute Perfection and got a chance to meet with Bill and Tim as they were looking to expand the company to a new location. A short time later Bill offered Kevin the opportunity to be the operations manager at our new North Carolina location.
