Everything the salesman told me (and he went thru everything that would be done, step by step) was done from the materials being dropped off the day before to the clean up after the roof was done. "The young man from Above & Beyond (found under handyman)  company showed up to give me an estimate. He was very professional and polite, problem was after he quoted me a price and we set a date, he never came. I had to call him at least twice to even get a call back and the third phone call, from me, was to ask if he wasn't going to do work to let me know so I could find someone else. He did finally get back to me to let me know he couldn't do it. All in all it was a waste of both of our time.

"John Adams was coureous, professional, and did an excellent job.  He was able to succefully get stains out of hard surfaces such as concrete as well as more fragile areas around doors and windows.
I called 101 Building Services about 2 weeks ago.  I reside on the far edge of their area of service.  John said he would have to call me back to find a convenient time to travel for our task.  We were in no hurry, so that was fine.   The 2 weeks delay is the only reason I graded 101 as a "B" in responsiveness.  The day of service he arrived right on time.

It went very well.  I am a returning customer.  I had my roof done in Feb. of 2015 and was very satisfied.  When I had a car hit my house, I knew immediately who I wanted to fix it.  As in the past, the crew was very professional and hardworking.  Brian and Sarah are the best.  They followed up on the work-site to make sure everything is progressing as expected. Brian was very good about explaining all the details of the project before beginning to ensure I understood what they were able to fix with the funds available.  Sarah immediately returned my text when I told her what happened and her and Brian came over within an hour and they were on their way to their son's game.  Can't say enough positive things about Atlantic Coastal.  I still have work that I need to get done on my house, and when I get the funds to do it:), I know who I will be calling.  Thanks again Atlantic Coastal!
