"Joe actually completed two different jobs for me. The first job was to place an solar power attic fan on the roof. It turned out great, and to this day no leaks have happened. Because he had done such a great job ?, he was asked to place a floor into a garage converted to a room. He added an additional wall and closet, to hide the utility room. The floor was raised and leveled to perfection. He also sealed the concrete garage floor prior to adding the studs and sub-floor.He was always on time, and cleaned up after every time he had to work at my house.
