"I liked that CJ was thorough. He made sure to let me know what was going on, while I was on vacation and he was completing the deck for my husband as a surprise for Fathers day. He called, sent me a text messages and was great at keeping me informed. Before I left to have him do the work, I had some concerns with some steps that were build from the previous owners. They were not attached or supported very well. He did a great job at reinforcing those steps; there are no so many cross beams and support that those steps are not going anywhere and do not even move at all either. He did most of the work by himself, but had a crew out depending on the day. They came out early and stayed out working until the evening. He and his crew were great, polite and respectful to my home. He worked with me on pricing and found the best product for what we were looking for. My husband was extremely surprised and we have been using the deck ever since."

"This vendor came in under very difficult circumstances. We needed someone to dismantle and redo structural work that another vendor had botched quite badly. It also involved some extremely difficulty resolutions to some fairly bad framing courtesy of our home builder. Our contractor was a career professional who really came through and delivered as good a result as we could have asked for. They were most professional to work with and fair with their pricing. It was a breath of fresh air to find a contractor who takes pride in their work. Nice to see that in the home building industry in Wake County for a change. If I had to do this master bathroom upgrade all over again I would have gone straight to these folks from the start. They will be a little pricier than average but definitely worth it! Do not go cheap when it comes to this type of work. I would recommend them and use them again if needed.

"Charlie the owner came to our home to discuss giving us an estimate for building a garage. He is a good listener. We walked the property and he was very knowlegable about what could and could not be done. He sat down with us in the house and gave a most excellent explanation of the process that goes into the planning and execution of such a project. He then gave us a date when he would get a written estimate to us with further detail. The estimate arrived as promised. It was clear and precise. Our available resources had to be devoted to a non-construction project and thus we were unable to continue further with the construction project. However, our experience with Charlie was a most positive one and we would call on him in the future. We highly recommend him.

"Mike arrive on time and was very professional. He started immediately with the house by applying cleaning chemical. He took his time and made sure every area was clean before moving on. He let water dry on house and then walked around house to make sure he did not miss anything. House and porches took about 2 hours. Mike then did detached garage the same way. The concrete driveway had not been pressured washed in 15 years and he made it look almost brand new.  He was polite and if we need anything extra done he did it without question. We have already booked him to redo our deck, repair vinyl siding and fix a couple more shingles on our roof.
