"The overall job was done well; taking two days longer than he thought though. The problem with this contractor is that he takes on too much work spreading himself too thin. He left our job to attend to another one leaving his workers here alone, who did not seem to do well unsupervised. After he was paid he will not return calls or return to take 15 minutes to finish a molding issue on the steps. I will not use him again. Too bad for him, I have lots of other things to be done."
