"i did not hire Tim's company in the end ---- he was going to seed my lawn I hired a company that would work with me for gardening and weeding and lawn service, edging, mowing when asked, and treating both front and back lawns with amendments in an ongoing manner. Working every Tues to bring my property up to standards. Carolina Green could not provide a follow-up lawn service (but they are great installers of seeded or sodded lawns, and very experienced. Quite busy also!"

"I had MGT Enterprise to build me a 850 ft gravel driveway, installed 2 drain tiles for the water drainage, cleared off 2 acres and completely graded the land for my house to be built on, and cleared the land for my septic field. They called around and found the most reasonable prices for the job. When the owner gave me an estimate, everything was itemized just as I asked so I could understand what was being spent. A crawl space can be as little as 42 inches below the grade of your house, but this is not always recommended in flood-prone areas. At a minimum, there must be at least 16 inches of clearance between the ground and the floor joists to access the space in an emergency.

If you have a broken sprinkler pipe underground, there will be some signs you can easily spot to locate it and take action. While it's possible to get results the same day, some companies may take a few days to provide the official report.
