The ceilings needed repair, nail pops throughout and some retaping in the great room. Lasers were used to position the taping, which turned out perfectly. There were a couple of spots that were overlooked, but were promptly addressed. All in all, we are very satisfied with Santiago Home Improvements and their professionalism."

After a week with no word, I called back and received an apology from customer service and was guaranteed to hear back regarding the quote within 48 hours. Another week passed and I called again. Got the same treatment from customer service along with the same promise of contact within 48 hours. It’s been another week now and obviously they have no intention of following up on this. Can’t speak to the work they do but pre-sale work is lacking."
