"Larry responded within hours of calling him. He explained the procedure he uses to clean and the great equipment he uses. He scheduled the apt to accomodate our needs and did a great job. He will definitely be the one I will use in the future and highly recommend him. This carpet was in a rental property with numerous tenants and pets over a several year period and the carpet looked new when he got done."
