"They definitely fixed my problem. Outlets now work safely. However, they did not clean up leftover wires, screws, trash. Also, they cut into sheet rock without consulting me, covering with just tape and spackling, leaving 2 places with no sheet rock (when I sanded it tape went everywhere leaving a gapping hole). I now have to hire someone to fix this"

"While very courteous, the installation was poor. Large portions of the original contract were refused without removing charge, reinstalled outlets were loose and crooked, a fixture was broken, instructions were not followed so wires were run the wrong way and the breaker box was in the wrong location, our oven outlet was replaced with one the plug does not fit in, both doorbells were broken, installed breakers can not carry the loads of their rooms and trip consistently, a large mess was left, and it was overall, not a good experience."

"I will never use these people again. Some people just take advantage of people in a stressful situation. I was grateful when I had to call them out for work on a Saturday night for our water heater, they gave me an after hours price, very cheap, and were there with a couple hours, stopped the water leak and removed the old one. Stated that they would be back on Monday with a new one for a total of $5500. On Sunday I researched water heater and the amount they quoted was way to high. I stated I needed to see how they came to that amount, being generous I could not get to $3000. My husband and I work and we were not able to communicate quick enough before they installed the new one. After work was done they said it was 30% of 30% of 30%, IE: they ripped us off. I have since confirmed this. They did not air out the lines correctly either and our shower head blew out the next day and they never took responsibility for the leak in the ceiling. They knew they were taking advantage of us that is why they never returned my email or phone call."
