His quoted price was lower than other quotes we received, and he actually completed the project UNDER budget due to some negotiating he did with the City of Whitefish, as well as some electrical work that required less effort than anticipated. Joseph is truly the most business capable, customer-centric contractor we have ever worked with. He works seamlessly with subcontractors when necessary, and takes great care with meticulous finish work. The results are fantastic."
