With -40 temperatures pipes & waterlines broke all over & around town. I called & let them know I lived outside of town in the country & my main water line had broke. They looked at their priorities & fit me in As soon as they possibly could. I received a call back unexpectedly right away & texts letting me know where they were & how soon they could come help me.
