"I can’t say enough good things about working with Peter Harris. We had a construction emergency and Peter took care of it skillfully and efficiently. Just after we went under contract to sell a family member’s condo, a water leak ruined the flooring and some cabinetry throughout the home. Immediately we struggled to work with the insurance company and find a contractor. Sourcing a reliable craftsman in Bozeman’s market seemed nearly impossible, and if we didn’t get the damage fixed quickly and competently, the water was likely to cause even more damage and we may have lost our buyer. With high praise, our realtor referred us to Peter. We were thrilled when he agreed to take on our job and ecstatic when we saw his work product was above reproach. Acutech is Montana's most technologically advanced metalworking facility for structural steel, high tolerance machining, and precision cutting.

"I’m very disappointed with Acutech. I visited Acutech to inquire about a kitchen countertop support. I was going with a simple 1/4” steel plate 20” x 60”. I was given a quote for $350 with the explanation that the new tariffs just caused the prices to double. That sounded high but I felt they were being honest so I placed the order. The order was ready within a week. I installed the plate. A couple of weeks later I checked in to the price of that same piece of steel from a competitor to Acutech. I found that the steel was a available for $98. I feel that Acutech took advantage of my trust. It is ultimately my responsibility to have searched out multiple quotes for my project but I never dreamed someone would charge 3-1/2 times the price of this steel plate. I went back to Acutech and told them of my disappointment and all they could say is “I’m sorry you feel that way “. I would not recommend doing business with Acutech. If you do, definitely, get additional quotes. I’m not sure how a company can stay in business with such questionable business practices."
