All work is outlined in a contract between homeowner and ZW General, therefore there are never surprises for the homeowner concerning cost. ZW General is referral based business. "It went very well, overall. Work was interrupted a couple of times by high winds, rain, and even snow. We worked out ventilation needs, balanced with aesthetics. The city building inspector was pleased. He observed that our roofer does very good work. Roofer had an excellent array of possible shingle types and colors from which to choose. The new roof looks great and is well-constructed. The post-construction clean up of the site was done well. Recommendation: an itemized list of the costs of all construction components, and the hours required for and costs of different facets of the project. If something comes in under the projected cost, an appropriate credit to the owner."
