"Chad and Scott did a fantastic job, from concept to completion of our project. We needed an interior wall, framing, door, drywall, texture, & painting, & all the details to enclose our kitchen from our entry. They understood our concept, and had the work done from start to finish in 2 weeks. Meticulous, detail-oriented, polite, & fun to have them here in our home are how we would describe our relationship with Chad & Scott. They even let us keep adding other small projects along with the wall construction, always being cheerful & accommodating. We would definitely recommend them to our friends & neighbors for any projects! Susan & Larry"

Customers say: Quick response

"We had a very quick response with a quote and also in getting the job done. I don't know how many contractors that I called and they neither returned my call or said they would come and look at the job and then didn't. The foreman showed up when he said he would and final bill was close to the estimate given. Work was done in a timely manner and he cleaned up everything afterwards. I have many more projects lined up for this company. Great to work with and very honest."

FAQs for gazebo service projects in Marion, MT

While the terms deck and porch are often used interchangeably, they are two distinct home features. Porches offer a roof that protects from the elements when coming and going from the house. Generally, porches are on the front of your home. On the other hand, decks are generally built in the backyard of a home and offer no roof or protection from the elements, like rain or snow. Porches typically require less maintenance and upkeep thanks to the roof, but both features require regular cleaning and repairs to maintain good condition.

It might seem counterintuitive, but the best time to install a paver patio is during late fall to winter. The cold and wet weather of those seasons can help your patio installer perfect the foundation for your patio. Plus, you'll likely be able to find better sales and deals during the colder months when patio installation business is typically slower. Consult a local patio paver professional to determine the best time to install based on your area’s climate.

The cost to build a deck is $8,025 on average. However, this cost can range anywhere from $1,500 to $22,000, depending on multiple factors, such as size, materials, and deck type. You can expect to pay $30 to $60 per square foot when building a new deck.

Cedar decks are often the most cost-effective option, ranging from $4 to $9 per square foot for materials. However, pressure-treated decking, which is resistant to rot, is more expensive, ranging from $15 to $25 per square foot for materials.

A paver patio can last anywhere from 20 to 100 years, depending on the type of pavers and how well you maintain them.

Travertine pavers are usually the most durable, lasting 100 years or more, with regular maintenance. Concrete brick pavers have a variety of shapes and colors available and typically last 25 to 50 years. Traditional brick pavers have a more classic look, lasting around 20 years with proper maintenance.

The cost of a paver patio is $3,800 for a 280-square-foot patio on average. Depending on the patio size, paver material, and design complexity, this cost can range from $2,400 to $7,000 or more.

The size of your patio is a significant factor in the project’s overall cost. If you're building a smaller patio of only 60 square feet, your costs will be closer to $480 to $1,500. If you want a more luxurious 900-square-foot patio, you'll spend closer to $7,200 to $22,500.
