I had an interior basement hallway in an historic downtown building that needed leveling and coating with a building full of commercial tenants. In addition to the quality of his work, Jesse was the only person I dealt with that showed up when he said he would, worked consecutive days until he finished the job, cleaned up when he was done and came in on his original bid. "Dave is reliable. He returns texts and shows up on time which is more than many others. However, he is VERY EXPENSIVE. I supplied the materials. It took him 2.5 hours to complete the job and the charge was $300 to stain the trim on the new sliding glass doors. That's $120/hour. The job was okay. He forgot to stain the top of the trim across the doors and had to be told he'd forgotten it. Also, there was stain left on the glass and metal edges which he told me I could get off with windex. For his prices, he should have cleaned it off himself. I will not be using him in the future."
