Not just how pretty they are, but on the quality of the work. Jesse installed luxury vinyl plank in my entryway, dining room, kitchen, stairs and family room and he did an amazing job. I have a floorplan that presented some challenges but youâ d never know it by looking at the finished product. In addition to the quality of his work, Jesse was the only person I dealt with that showed up when he said he would, worked consecutive days until he finished the job, cleaned up when he was done and came in on his original bid. "Dave is reliable. He returns texts and shows up on time which is more than many others. However, he is VERY EXPENSIVE. I supplied the materials. It took him 2.5 hours to complete the job and the charge was $300 to stain the trim on the new sliding glass doors. That's $120/hour. The job was okay. He forgot to stain the top of the trim across the doors and had to be told he'd forgotten it. Also, there was stain left on the glass and metal edges which he told me I could get off with windex. For his prices, he should have cleaned it off himself. I will not be using him in the future."
