"Chad and Scott did a fantastic job, from concept to completion of our project. We needed an interior wall, framing, door, drywall, texture, & painting, & all the details to enclose our kitchen from our entry. No, you don’t always have to remove old wallpaper before applying a new layer. However, you should pull off the existing wallpaper if it’s cracked, peeling, or in poor condition.
