"Adam did a great job especially considering the job was replacing an old furnace and included retrofitting new air intake, exhaust, and drain line. "Upon arrival, we showed Jim the room where we had a terrible odor. He went into the basement area to check for any leaks. Next he identified the toilet as the culprit. The toilet had not been installed properly and a piece below the toilet was cracked not allowing the correct seal. Before fixing anything, we were shown the problem, told what the cost would be, and then after getting the go-ahead, he fixed the problem. It is great to be able to leave that door open! While he was looking for leaks in the basement area, Jim mentioned that the pipes had been located in areas that they should not be. He measured and gave us an estimate on relocating the pipes, which we will have done within the next two weeks. We are extremely pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend Wild West Plumbing!

"Chayse came around the first time and wasn't able to solve the problem because he didn't have the proper equipment. The second time he came and was able to get 2/3 of the job done. I asked him to also help me install the faucet but he wasn't able to do it because he said the parts didn't fit. Apparently he did not have experience installing widespread 2-Handle faucet. I ended up installing it myself without having to go to home depot buying any extra part."

A functional sink was installed that did not come out into the doorway. A custom cabinet needed to be built for the plumbing.

"The first one they ordered was the wrong kind so this delayed the installation. The plumbing company they used had to come back after the installation because there was a leak at the wall. Thank goodness it was in the garage. I was not happy that I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades which were not covered by my policy."
