Although a bit higher than some, we felt comfortable with his professionalism, honesty, the layout of his timeline and budget and fingers crossed, we would get what we paid for. Everything was on time and on budget. We also wanted a contractor that would give us their honest opinions on fixtures, colors, ideas as well and he did just that. He picked our paint color, our barn door (our original plan fell thru and he actually had a perfect one for us in storage) and helped us with fixtures among other things. "The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
