We are a general contractor who specializes in Residential property construction. We have extensive background in carpentry covering a wide variety of home construction and amenities. We focus on end use design so our customers get the most out of their homes usefulness. We bring the best skilled tradesmen with us in our electricians and plumbers. We stand behind our work 100% and if you aren't happy with what we are doing for you, we'll fix it. Communication is key for us and we spend a lot of time before we ever start your project talking to you about every detail. There won't be any surprises when we work for you because you'll know exactly what you are going to get before we start. Our employees are the best we can find and their work is our work so the same 100% satisfaction guarantee applies. Our billing is very straight forward. We come look at your project then provide you with a detailed estimate on what your project will entail. We will ask for a portion of the estimate up front, usually 50%. Then we begin the project. Depending on the size, we will bill every week a portion of the remaining balance until completion. Sometimes there are surprises we can't account for. Communication is always key. We will stop construction and re-calculate the estimate, agree in writing on the solution, and continue. We work out of Billings so trip charges in Billings are restricted to hauling of material or repetitive trips. We really do everything in the category listing. We take great pride in the fact that we can offer you all of those services. We refuse to sacrifice quality. We will deliver the highest level of workmanship or we won't do it, period.

Pavers and Hardscaping questions, answered by experts

Your city or county will have guidelines about the minimum and maximum width and length of private roads. The average private road is 12 feet wide, and length, of course, depends on your property. Requirements also depend on the amount of traffic and types of vehicles your road experiences. Check with local ordinances before planning a road on your property.

Yes, you really need sand under pavers. Sand helps fill the gaps of gravel without impacting your foundation’s drainage. It helps create an even and stable layer for your pavers that lessens their ability to move over time. It also gives you a little bit of support during installation, allowing you to move the pavers as needed to get them in the right spot.

The average lifespan of an asphalt driveway ranges from 15 to 30 years, while concrete driveways last between 20 and 30 years, depending on several factors. Extreme temperature changes, cold weather, poor maintenance, and heavy traffic can all shorten the lifespan of your driveway. Be sure to reseal your driveway regularly to protect it from the elements and give it the best chance at a long lifespan.

The best tool to cut pavers is a hammer and chisel. These tools are best for inexperienced DIYers, as they're affordable and don't require special skills. If you're comfortable using power tools, an angle grinder or a circular saw with a masonry cutting wheel will make quick work of your paver cutting project.

Yes, you can retrofit an existing driveway, but this usually involves cutting grooves into the driveway, installing the heating elements, then sealing them. While this is much less expensive than typical heated driveway systems, the final appearance could be diminished. Speak with a driveway paving company to confirm which design method is best for you.
