My name is Dan, I'm the owner of 406 Remodeling and Construction. I've been in this field of business for over 10 + years. I started out as a laborer working for a few different local companies building residential and commercial properties and improving my experience in carpentry. From there, I used my skills and creative designs to build my first residential spec house. Now, my primary focus is both new construction and repairs/restorations. I always treat my clients fairly by giving them all materials at cost as well as free estimates and bids. I have love and passion for what i do and take pride in my craftsmanship.
