They did an excellent job cleaning the vent, cleaning up around the dryer and installing a new attachment from the dryer to the wall. They also needed to prune some branches from a large bush near the outside vent, which they did and they hauled the branches away for us. They were professional, prompt and efficient throughout. "The whole experience was very good. Being a widow, I appreciate the thoroughness which both Shane and JD used during this repair. They explained what they were doing and even showed pictures they had taken of the area and the lint they discovered. They replaced the belt, vacuumed out the lint within the area and checked my dryer hose, which I had recently replaced, for lint. They checked and cleaned the outside dryer exhaust area. They were both just great to deal with. I would definitely recommend them for their great service! Shane was not here the whole time, but left after the drum was removed and it was confirmed that it was the belt that needed replacing. I thought that was a great way to handle this so only one tech was here doing the majority of the job. Shane came back later to help reinserting the drum. They worked well as a team."
