They went above and beyond for us to make the move as smooth as possible. My friend was moving from one assisted living facility to another in the next town over and the move was late afternoon which both were very respectful at the other residents well being by being very quiet not to disturb others. As we were about to head out, it began to storm, and the rain was so heavy that it was flooding. We all got soaked! Thank goodness by the time we made it to the new facility the rain had stopped. K'Von and Frank never missed a beat. They unloaded the U-Haul and placed items as requested. They did a phenomenal job and we'd definitely use their services again. "They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"I called late on a Friday afternoon after my air went out. They came after hours, installed the new unit, and took the old one for evaluation & possible repair. A year later I called them back for another ac problem (different unit), and they came same day. Whereas another contractor told me to junk the unit, Greg replaced a small part & all was well. While with me the second trip, I mentioned several other small jobs, and they got right on them! The vent hood took a trip into the attic and up onto the roof, but they figured out the problem and solved it. This hood was damaged during Katrina (12 years ago) & Ive had several companies out to look/repair and nobody was able to diagnose problem. Now I have my hood back! Repaired two ceiling fans that I'd been told to junk, repaired a pendant light wired incorrectly by another contractor, and even replaced some light bulbs in my 12-foot ceiling-ed rooms! Excellent service, very fair pricing, good responsiveness, and just all-around nicefolks. I HIGHLY recommend!"
