Customer service has been strenuous to work with - finally offering a paltry 10% refund after weeks of a tug-of-war of me sharing pictures of defects and them giving false assurances. Looking back in hindsight, I should have invested a little more to buy from a local retailer where pride in workmanship, quality and customer service are valued."

We had to eventually find our own because the regular one Tramco uses was delaying the project by not showing up at times."
