"Freddie Moore of Ramjack repaired our shop foundation in 2020 before we purchased the property. We asked Ramjack to come do a Warranty Inspection to assure nothing had changed in the last 2 years. Susie Normal was friendly, efficient and prompt in her response and arranged for Jacob Christian to come to the property within a week of my call. Jacob kept us informed of his arrival time; completed the inspection; advised us of the results and his recommendations. We couldn't be happier with the work that was done, the Warranty Service and how professional and knowledgeable both Susie and Jacob were. Their customer service was superb!
