Outstanding. David and his crew did a Great Job with replacement and clean up He was very prompt and courteous. Did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would. Roof looks GREAT.

Description of Work: Excellent, professional experience! Old shingles were completely removed, decking was replaced as needed and a completely new roof of certainteed Landmark shingles were installed over new felt, flashing and roof vents. The crew was fast, efficient, polite and left my yard without a trace of the removed debris. I could not be more pleased!

There was one bent gutter, which I actually had already told the wife the day before I would gladly pay for. The husband insisted all the gutters be replaced due to some very minor scratches. I again, agreed to pay for this as well. The Valleys were installed correctly. BY Manufacturers specs, a closed cut valley was installed. A woven valley is NOT the approved method of installation from the manufacturer, However, homeowner insisted they be woven. I had my guys remove them at my expense, and install them incorrectly to satisfy the homeowner. There was a little trash left in the yard and roof. And by a little i mean, a few plastic caps (quarter size) and a few rubber bands from the coil nails. In our defense, We did finish this roof on a Friday afternoon in a surprise thunderstorm. My main concern was protecting his house, not picking up rubberbands. Was coming back Monday to do a walk around and tidy up anything that was missed, but the husband Insisted it be done Saturday. I have been in business for over 25 years, put on thousands of roofs, This is the first unsatisfied customer I've ever had and haven't had one since. I know the quality of the roof, quality of my team and I know how the homeowners unrealistic attitude was and I can honestly say, The experience was worse for me than it was him, by far. I did everything that was expected of me, and more.

Very professional and courteous. Great at communication and really knows his stuff. The crew was also great and very respectful. When they were finished they went over yard with a large magnet to get up nails. During construction tarps were laid out all around the house and the crew cleaned as they went. Used a blower on driveway and other concrete areas, including roof when finished. Have a pool in the backyard and they did not get any debris in the pool at all. Would definately use this company again. He is also a builder!
Description of Work: Came out looked at house and gave estimate. Replaced entire roof of house and detached garage.
