"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

I take note of customers' needs & concerns like pets & scheduling. I give my opinion on what I think the business or house needs on the 1st cleaning, I leave a referral list, a list of other things we offer, leave a short version of things we do on General cleaning and contact info on my company. We pretty much do any thing our customers request from cleaning to helping get ready for the Holidays or a party like set up, shine silver, decorate or Hostessing parties or weddings & clean up and put up after the party, to packing up to move or unpack. This past year I started organizing and I found I was able to help a lot of people getting back on track. When you call for a referral you will find out we are the best and known for detail in Residential, Commercial & New Construction. One lady said we are like an army--that should say a lot.
