"CMS's quote was in line with the insurance estimate. CMS did all tear-out, remediation, rebuilding damaged cabinets, removing without damage and replacing engineered quartz counter-tops, and reinstalled?new base cabinets and appliances?as promised in the timeframe (10 days). Cleaned air ducts at the end of the job. Very reliable and good quality work. No surprises and I was kept up to date on progress throughout. Those that performed the work were skilled, professional and courteous. Ktichen looks better than before. Was able to fix a leak in my roof as well. Highly recommend them for this type of work."
