We have had a pool for over 20 years.  Years ago I used other pool companies and most of the time found their work to be unsatisfactory. Once I had Josh and Jason to work on my pool, I would NEVER use anyone else.  Have used only them for at least the last 10-12 years.  They are the most knowledgeable in the business. Found them to be completely honest, very courteous and always dependable.  Also had a fitness center with a pool and a spa.  They did all the work there also and we were also completely happy with their service.   I would highly recommend them !

"I can sum this guy up in one word, Awesome! Craig is knowledgeable, personable, kind, friendly and helpful. We’ve been in our house two years now and the original person caring for the pool was great until he went out of business and sent Shark Pools. Craig came to us when our pool was literally a swamp thanks to Shark Pools and located the problem right away! He’s been to my house so many times in the three weeks he’s been working on our pool that I can’t even count! He’s come to check on it, deliver a new pump and sand, brought HIS Electrition over to check out the wiring because he didn’t like the way the wires were crammed together and sure enough they needed work! , replaced the pump and sand, vacuumed the pool twice not to mention adding all the shock and acid !!! He is a pleasure to be around and treats our pool as if it’s his own!!! We have two Crain statues that used to squirt out water and stopped ( I didn’t even mention it to him) and he’s not only fixing them but he’s resetting them so they’ll look better!!!!! And he noticed the previous owners had landscape lighting placed in an area that wasn’t showing off the pool and said he was going to reroute them for me!!! Craig walks me through every little thing he does and makes me feel as though we are his only customers! Our pool has never looked this good!!!
