"Had All in One repair a roof leak for me. So far so good! Owner kept me informed as to when repairs would be done, and they showed up when they were supposed to. Worker took pictures and showed me what the problem was, and it was fixed in a professional manner. Thanks All in One!"

"

Job was done on the date promised, in the time span estimated and at the price quoted. The two man team properly braced the porch roof before tearing the old column out. They built the new column on site. The team removed all tear down debris as well as the trash from the construction phase (a really big plus in my book since I have had other contractors leave their trash for me to clean up.) The contractor asked for a deposit before they began and the balance after the work was completed. I marked them down on punctuality since they told me that they would be here at 9:00 but it was 90 minutes later before they arrived and another 30 minutes before they started work. As I said above, the work completion was promised for the end of the day and they met that.

Grout Tile Cleaners questions, answered by experts

For grout on your floors, you can keep it clean by mopping and sweeping regularly, placing floor mats or rugs in high-traffic areas (or areas more prone to spills, like the kitchen), and removing your shoes before coming into the house. For grout on wall tile, make sure you’re cleaning regularly with baking soda, vinegar, lemon juice, or a store-bought cleaner. Consider sealing your grout, too.

Grout dye lasts three to 10 years, but the lifespan of any grout finishing product depends on how well you apply it and how much traffic the area gets. Proper application and lower traffic will extend the lifespan. Rushed application and high traffic can mean the dye will only last a few months to a few years.

The cost for professional tile and grout cleaning typically ranges from $0.50 to $3 per square foot. The final price varies based on several factors, including the total area size, the condition of the floor, the level of soiling, and the complexity of stain removal. Quotes may also include costs for additional services like grout sealing or repair.

While professional cleaning effectively removes most stains, some deeply set stains might require additional treatments. Technicians can evaluate and use advanced methods, including chemical cleaners or steam, for tough stains.

In almost all cases, yes. Most grout is cement-based, meaning it’s highly porous and susceptible to mold, mildew, and grimy deposits. Grout sealer is a crucial step if you’re looking to preserve the look and structural integrity of these types of grout. However, some types of grout—such as epoxy-based grouts—are not porous and do not need to be sealed.
