They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I called Choice and reported my problems. They issued a work order and within the hour, I had been notified by S & J Plumbing that they would be here on Thursday. I could not make the time, so I called them and they politely scheduled for the next day. Job was done on the date promised, in the time span estimated and at the price quoted. The two man team properly braced the porch roof before tearing the old column out. They built the new column on site. The team removed all tear down debris as well as the trash from the construction phase (a really big plus in my book since I have had other contractors leave their trash for me to clean up.) The contractor asked for a deposit before they began and the balance after the work was completed. I marked them down on punctuality since they told me that they would be here at 9:00 but it was 90 minutes later before they arrived and another 30 minutes before they started work. As I said above, the work completion was promised for the end of the day and they met that.
